Inspected furnace/coil for leakage. Pulled outside drain extension to check for clogging; water drained out immediately. Flushed drain extension and installed 3/4” PVC tee fitting inside and flushed condensate drain line. Replaced section of armorflex insulation. Arrived to residence to perform hsp maintenance. Inspected air handler in basement, coil was dirty with permission cleaned coil, ducts ok, filter ok, blower assembly clean, electric heat kit operating normal, and heat rise of 55 degrees. Heat pump coils clean, contactor not pitted or burned, capacitor within factory specifications, and reversing valve switching over properly. System is operating normal at this time.
Finished job by reinserting water heater after Water prof finished in basement along with customer supply kitchen faucet after faucet installed leaking from hot side i make sure customer aware need new one also explained to customer faucet supply subject to leak due to the fact it was new all the the above mentioned was explained

Installed 50 gallon natural gas water heater water with expansion tank. Customer chose no warranty installation. Also elevated the new water heater with cinderblocks to protect from ground water as courtesy. Ground water is coming into the basement from multiple locations. Every time it rains their basement floods. This is what ruined the water heater.
Pressure is extremely low in home due to kinked soft copper line. Removed kinked line and installed 3/4” PEX to get around HVAC unit. Also clear toilet stoppage with hand auger as courtesy for signing up with our PRIORITY CLUB.
Customer had stoppage in the upstairs toilet. Augered toilet. Customer complained of slow fill in the tank. Replaced the fill valve. Straight stop shut off valve began leaking, changed valve as a courtesy
